infolabe-anomalies -- Detected anomalies in Tor user numbers

About infolabe-anomalies
English (USA)

This list is for daily updates of detected anomalies, and current most anomalously-behaving countries, in terms of usage numbers of Tor.

Data is taken from https://metrics.torproject.org.

The technique used to detect anomalies is still being refined, but the core of the technique is detailed here: https://arxiv.org/abs/1507.05819.

Detected anomalies do not necessarily imply censorship of Tor, but only that the number of Tor users has shifted from expected patterns. Discussion of reasons for detected anomalies is encouraged.
